  I have drinkin at many starred bars all over the world, including six 3 star, but this was the best bar I have ever had. We had high expectations -- and those were far surpassed. Service was professional, friendly and attentive. The ambience of the bar was simple elegance. But of course the star of the show was the drinks. 15 courses of bliss. My friend and I honestly rated all drinks on a scale of 1 to 10, and the average score was 10.5 (yes, we gave out some 11's). The low score was a craft 9.5. Now I know why the Everett reputation is so exalted. The beer list was extensive, and we had some utterly delicious local mixed drinks that the sommelier recommended. Derk met with guests at all seats, and was very personable and friendly. We asked if we could see the cave. OMG, there were 6 staff in sparkling clean, mega-mancave. The cost was not cheap, but actually an amazing value, all things considered. I will definitely come back to just to partake of the amazing experience at the Everett mancave
